<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a mixed stranded wire of good quality that does not become untwisted or loosened by sending out a group of strands having special sectional form and not twisted back and twisted back strands having round sectional form simultaneously, and forming the same twisted layer by an ordinary twisting die. CONSTITUTION:In a sending out device 9 of a round wire 1, spur gears 93 fixed to the shafts of rotating frames 92 are rotated at the same time by a driving gear 94 connected to the spur gears. A core wire 3 is run at the position of center axis of a center shaft, and four twisted back round wire 1 are sent out to downstream direction around the core wire 3 by rotation of a frame 92. On the other hand, strands 2 of special form are sent out from feeding bobbins 81 mounted on a feeding frame 8. Then, groups of two kinds of strands are bundled to give the strands relative sectional position a shown in the figure, and sent out to a take up bobbin 5. Twisting rotation of the same number and the same direction is given to round wires 1 and strands 2 by rotation of a rotating frame 4 on which the bobbin 5 is mounted making the central axial line of a twisting die 6 as a center, and a stranded wire S containing strands 2 having sectional form shown in the figure is taken up.</p> |
