Disclosed are a system and a method for providing an employee stock service. The system for providing an employee stock service comprises: an interface module to receive an employee stock service request from a company terminal; a database to store current employee stock information including information about share employees having shares of the employee stock and a share ratio of each share employee; a deposit/withdrawal processing module to deposit an employee stock amount corresponding to the employee stock into a financial institution, and withdraw an employee stock amount corresponding to the share ratio of a share employee leaving a company to pay the share employee leaving the company the employee stock amount; and a control module to update the current employee stock information stored in the database to correspond to a change event of the share employees or a change event for the share ratios of the share employees if the event occurs. The company assigns the employee stock to a union consisting of at least a portion of the share employees among employees of the company. The employee stock is a stack of the company which can be owned only by the employees of the company. |
