PURPOSE:To suppress overshoot of a temperature rise and to execute a temperature control satisfactorily, by driving a heating part in case of warming-up, for an ideal driving time, and after that, stopping it for a time constant corresponding quantity. CONSTITUTION:To a temperature control device 20, electric power source VC, AC are turned on, and an output of a sensor 24 is provided to a control part 21 through an A/D converter 21A, by which a temperature is detected. An operating part 21B compares this temperature TA with a surface temperature TS of a roll, which is set suitably in advance, executes a regular temperature control in case of TA>=TS, and executes the following control in case of TA<=TS. The control part 21 sends a signal to a driving part 23, executes electrification by turning on a normally opening contact 23, and also a timer part 21C operates. A temperature is detected at prescribed time intervals, heating is executed for an ideal driving time, and after that, the control part 21 sends a signal to the driving part 23, and stops the electrification for a time constant corresponding quantity of a heating part 13. In this way, overshoot of a temperature rise is suppressed. |
