<p>PURPOSE:To ensure the working efficiency and the safety, by providing an independent frame device and wiring for each device unit, installing in stepwise them on a base frame, constructing a main frame of a ceiling and outer walls of a rocker cabinet, and connecting cables between the devices. CONSTITUTION:A device unit 4 is assembled to an independent frame device, wirings in the frame are done, a multi-connector to be interfaced with the other device units is provided, and a required unit test is executed. A shelf unit block 42 having a printed board unit 42'' in stepwise on a power supply unit block 41 and a fan unit 42' is provided on the base frame 1 and a floppy disc device 43 is provided on an I/O interface unit 44 which is provided on the fase frame 1. The main frame 2 forming floor extension, side walls and ceiling shown in dotted lines is bridged with the evice unit by welding or screw tightening.
