摘要 PURPOSE:To force an adequate temperature control to be carried out, by installing a fluorescent lamp bulb sensor at the bulb inlet of a furnace, calculating the occupation-rate of the bulb in the furnace to establish the adequate temperature value in the furnace, and comparing said adequate temperature value with the temperature detected by a temperature sensor installed in the furnace. CONSTITUTION:Fluorescent lamp bulbs 2,2... whose inner surfaces are applied with phosphor are conveyed in regular succession and fed into a fluorescent lamp bulb-burning furnace 1. A fluorescent lamp sensor 4 such as a micro-switch or the like is installed at the inlet 3 of the bulb 2 in the furnace 1, and temperature sensors 5a-5c such as a thermocouple or the like are disposed in the furnace 1. The output of the sensor 4 is given to a computer 7 through a resistor 6, and also the output of sensors 5a-5c is given to the computer 7 through an A/D converter 9. The computer 7 judges the number of bulbs in the furnace by the data of the resistor 6, to calculate the occupation-rate, and establishes the adequate temperature value in the furnace at any time. The adequate temperature control can be achieved by comparing the established adequate temperature value with the temperature in the furnace detected by the sensors 5a-5c.
