NEW MATERIAL:A dibenzo-p-dioxine derivative shown by the formulaI[R is H or lower alkanoyl; R<1> is H or a group shown by the formula II; R<2> is a group shown by the formula III (where R<1> is H) or R (where R<1> is the group shown by the formula II)]and its salt. EXAMPLE:1-( 3,5-Dihydroxyphenoxy )-2-( 2,4,6-trihydroxyphenoxy )4,7,9-trihydroxy- dibenzo-p-dioxine. USE:A preventive and remedy for thrombosis due to promotion of fibrinolysis. An auxiliary for well-known remedies for thrombosis. Having strong suppressing action on plesmin inhibitor activity. PROCESS:Ecklom'a Kurome Okamura is extracted with a polar solvent, and concentrated under reduced pressure to give the first extract. The extract is processed by well-known various kinds of methods using physical and chemical properties to collect a compound shown by the formulaI(R is H). If necessary, it is acylated to give a compound shown by the formulaI(R is lower alkanoyl). |
