PURPOSE:To prevent a sideswiping accident at the time of turning of a large- type vehicle, by providing a sensing frame. CONSTITUTION:When a direction indicator 1 is operated at the time of turning to the left or right, an electric current is passed through a pneumatically operated valve 2 to open the valve 2, and the sensing frame 3 is pneumatically depressed downwards. When a person or the like falls to come into contact with the sensing frame 3, a buzzer 4 is operated, and a red lamp 5 is turned on, so that the driver can immediately operates a brake to prevent a sideswiping accident. When a lever of a switch for the direction indicator 1 is returned to its initial position, the sensing frame 3 is returned to its initial position by a spring 18 provided in a cylinder 6. |
