PURPOSE:To improve safety and producibility while carrying a die in and out without operator's intervention by carrying a die from a storeroom according to the priority of a production program, and automatically returning the die after production is completed. CONSTITUTION:On the basis of production programs, the order of production is determined, and a carrying device 14 once knowing the number of a die runs on a rail 13 by the indication of a central controller 20 to take the corresponding die 2 out of a storeroom 12 with a fork 16 and then reaches a position facing a station (1) to move the fork 16, thereby mounting the die 2 on the moving carriage of a carrying device 2. Then, the die is carried in a station (4) through stations (2) and (3) to mount the die on a press 1, and a die 2 to be used next is allowed to stand by at the station (2) through the same means. Further, the die 2 after production is moved to a station (5) through the station (3) and carried to a station (6) by a carriage 19, and it is scooped up by the fork 16 and stored at its original position of a storeroom 10. |
