<p>PURPOSE:To ensure an easy and smooth matching action of phases when the modes are switched, by switching the delaying degree of a delaying circuit when a stand-by mode, i.e., a reproduction mode is switched to an electronic editing/ recording mode. CONSTITUTION:A revolution detecting signal (b) is fed to a frequency converter 3 to detect the revolutions of a capstan motor. The converter 3 produces the converting signal (c) of a frequency fb/n which is equal to the frequency of the reference signal (e) from the signal (b) of a frequency fb. At the same time, the converter 3 gives a frequency conversion to the signal (b) after it is reset by the reproduction control signal (a) and delivers the signal (c) in a stand-by mode. A switch circuit 2 feeds the signal (a) and the signal (c) of the converter 3, and the output (i) of the circuit 2 delivers the signal (a) in a stand-by mode by the mode designating signal (d) and delivers the signal (c) in a recording mode, respectively.</p> |
