PURPOSE:To obtain an extremely thin, compact, sufficiently flexible, and errorless coil by adhering a concentrical winding coil on a leaf conductive plate to a thin plate-like flexible insulating base made of resin. CONSTITUTION:Copper leaf with 0.03-0.06mm. thickness is adhered to a flexible epoxy resin thin plate-like insulating base 1 with 0.1-0.3 thickness and a concentrical winding coil 2 is formed on said leaf conductive plate by printing and etching. Twisted cables 8 are connected to both the terminals 3, 5 of the coil as a lead wire. Although a part of the search coil is thicknened by the coating of an insulting film 6, soldering 7, etc., the thickness of the completed product is 0.3-0.5mm. and an extremely thin, compact and sufficiently flexible search coil is obtained. Since the coil is formed by photoetching, search coils having uniform coil 2 can be unexpensibly massproduced. |
