PURPOSE:The sea water in the laver farm is supplied to the crawl in which raw laver is stored to form a tide flow, thus storing the raw laver kept in the natural state without deterioration in quality for a long period of time. CONSTITUTION:A crawl for raw laver is set on the sea shore near the laver farm A or near the laver processing facility and the pump 23 is driven to suck the sea water W from the farm A and send through the strainer 4, inlet 3a, pipes 3, 5 and riser 6 into the crawl 1. Then, the raw laver collected from the farm is thrown into the crawl 1 and brought into contact with the sea water W jetting from the outlet 6a of the riser 6 and they are stirred so that the sea water W forms a natural tide flow. At the same time, a part of the sea water is excluded through a strainer 7 from the path 8. |
