CONTINUOUS ANNEALING DEVICE OF DIELECTRIC OR PYROELECTRIC FILM

PURPOSE:To increase the dielectric constant and the pyroelectric coefficient of the film by a method wherein the symmetrical one pair of guide rail is provided in the heating unit wherein the specified temperature may be set up while the chuck loading film at a certain interval which is changeable corresponding to the film contraction and the other chuck adjusting the lateral distance are provided along the guide rail and the film is passed through the chucks. CONSTITUTION:The polarized film 3 is passed through the space between the feeding roll 1 and the winding roll 2 and the heating unit 4 are respectively arranged at both sides of the film. The mechanism 7 loading the film 3 on the chucks 5 and the other mechanism 8 unloading the film from the chucks 5 are provided at the internal both ends of the heating units and the multiple chucks 5 are arranged between the two mechanisms. In such a constitution, the dielectric constant and the pyroelectric coefficient can be increased because the annealing efficiency may be increased by means of passing the film 3 such as polyvinylidene fluoride longitudinally polarized through the space between the rolls 1 and 2 and exerting the tension in the longitudinal and rectangular direction.
