PURPOSE:To discharge works automatically by performing rotation of the vertical barrel tank of a barrel processing device with a drive motor, which is located through a universal joint, and by rotating the side wall of the barrel tank, tilted by a turning device, using a side wall rotating device. CONSTITUTION:When grinding of a work 30 is completed and the rotation of the rotary bottom 14 stops, the barrel tank 8 is tilted driven by a motor operated cylinder 62 till a drive belt 68 installed at the outside circumference of the side wall part 12 contacts the drive wheel 66. The rotary bottom 14 is rotated for several seconds to shake off the media etc. 32 at the bottom 14, whereafter the drive wheel 66 is driven by a geared motor 64 to rotate the side wall part 12 slowly. This rotation will allow the projecting wall 70 to push out the media 32 and work 30 in the barrel tank 8 in the direction toward its open end. |
