PURPOSE:To simplify dispatch service and to improve its efficiency by using an original form comsisting of a set of a copy-concerning form, etc., and a form where a guide frame for description entry is printed in color with which it is not copied as a copy part when used as positive paper. CONSTITUTION:A copying form A has a necessary item entry field, and this form is prepared as may as necessary. In the figure, B is a label form. On an original form C, a frame having exactly the same printing position, shape and size with the copying form A is printed. As the ink color of this printing, the color with which a copy by a copying machine does not appears on the copying form, e.g. light blue is generally used. The original form C has the guide frame, etc., useful for positioning in item entry, and a user enters necessary items, etc. in the blank part of the original form. |
