PURPOSE:To discriminate a state that an electric power supply has been reset from the time of service interruption, from a state that the electric power supply has been turned on, by constituting so that a computer decides time information stored in an RAM. CONSTITUTION:When an electric power supply has been reset from a service interruption state, or when the electric power supply has been turned on, a set signal A is generated from a service interruption signal generating circuit 6, and a computer 3 is started from ''0'' address. Subsequently, time information stored in an RAM 5 protected by a battery 4 is read out by an ROM 7. In this case, in case when the read-out time takes more than a prescribed time, it is decided by the computer 3 that the electric power supply has been turned off manually. On the other hand, in case when said read-out time is within the prescribed time, it is decided by the computer 3 that the electric power supply has been turned off due to service interruption. |
