PURPOSE:To surely make opening or closing motions of a suction valve and a discharge valve by synchronizing the valve open/close operation unit with the motion of the piston of a concrete pump so as to open or close the valves by a strong operating force. CONSTITUTION:Row material of concrete is supplied into a hopper. The material inside the hopper is squeezed by piston which reciprocates inside the cylinder of a concrete pump. The end of a device 7 which operates to open or close a suction valve and a discharge valve of the concrete pump presses intermittently one end of a bell crank to release a lock pin 12 which is retained by the other end of the bell crank. Synchronously with the pressing action, the suction valve is opened via an arm 17 and after lapse of a demanded interval, the discharge valve is opened, surely providing the opening or closing motions of the suction valve and the discharge valve. |
