PURPOSE:To form a image partially, and to prevent heat deformation of an image-forming sheet, by uniformly pressing and simultaneously heating one frame of the sheet having plural frames, i.e., image-forming regions. CONSTITUTION:An image-forming sheet is introduced between a recess 57 and a flat plate 501 as shown in the figure, a gas is introduced into 57 to uniformly pressurize it and bring it into close contact with 501 a heater 61 is brought into contact with 501 and heats the sheet through 501, activating the image-forming sheet to give photosensitivity. Since the heater 61 has a size as large as one row of frames on the sheet, only one row is activated. After the heater 61 has been separated from the plate 501, a cooling gas is blown against 501 from a nozzle 81 to cool the sheet. The activated frame is fixed onto an exposure stand 73 to expose the frame to an object image projected on the sheet through a lens 18 to form a latent image. The sheet is moved under a recess 58, and heated with a heater 62 like the preceding heating to carry out development of only one part. |
