PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of white evenness by specifying concentrations of PVA in slurry of the first color, second color, and third color. CONSTITUTION:Ks[polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) solid in a slurry excepting phosphors/total solvent in the slurry]are made different for each color. That is, the first color: 2.0%<K<3.0%, the second color: 2.8%<K<3.5% (more than K of the first), and the third color: 2.8%<K<3.5% (more than K of the second). Thus, the deterioration of the development of each color is reduced, and the deterioration of the white evenness of a screen due to mix-development can be prevented. |
