PURPOSE:To reduce a size and weight of coil structure by stacking along the axial direction of coil a plurality of unit molded coils wherein a coil conductor is inserted by FRP insulation layer through an insulated spacer wherein the air is dispersed and interposed therethrough in a specific proportion. CONSTITUTION:Coil conductors 11a and 11b are wound and an immersed resin is charged into the film material of high intensity provided around them to form a FRP insulation layer 7. The unit molded coils 1a and 1b are stacked through an insulation spacer 15 along the axial direction of the coil. The insulation spacer 15 comprises a multiplicity of unit spacers 15a stacked, a multiplicity of small holes 15b are provided dispersely in the unit spacer 15a and a multiplicity of air layers 16 lie scattered in the insulation spacer 15 stacked. The air is provided at a proportion of 10 to 15% for the spacer. According to the foregoing constitution, a dielectric constant of the insulation spacer can be reduced less, a partial discharge in the FRP insulation layer 7 be also prevented, and a reduced size and light weight of the coil structure be established with a space factor of the coil improved. |
