PURPOSE:To automatically measure inside diameters of a wide range, by moving 3 guide contactors, which determine the position of the inside diamter of an object to be measured, by linking them together, and setting an inside diameter measuring unit after the determination of position. CONSTITUTION:When rotation of a screw shaft 12 is driven by a pulse motor 11, the first block 13 containing in its inside a female screw is moved to the right and left. The block 13 is provided with an inclined groove 14, and a pin 15 enters this groove perpendicularly. This pin is provided with a horizontal shaft 16, and the pin shifts only in the direction of Y by a guide 17. A lever 20, which has on its tip a groove 19 pinching the pin 16, is supported by a supporting point 21, and by means of a groove 22 and a pin 23 of horizontal shaft 24, the lever shifts passing through a guide 25 and in connection with rotation of the screw shaft 12. A shaft on the left side is the same. Contactors 5-7 on the tips of the shafts are made to conduct motions to depart from the center at the same time by rotation of the shaft 12, and by doing so, a position of a work piece 1 is determined. And then, by rotation of a screw shaft 30, blocks 31 and 32 move measuring units 8 and 9 to measure an inside diameter. |
