PURPOSE:To form the printing roll whose ink transition is excellent and stability in sizes, hardness, and the like are excellent, by casting and machining plastisol obtained by compounding the specified plasticizer in vinyl chloride series resin. CONSTITUTION:As the plasticizer, a material whose component of 70wt% or more is the polyester series plasticizer (e.g. p-300 made by Adeka Argus Company), having the molecular weight of 1,450-6,000 is used. Namely, the plastisol is prepared by compounding 100pts.wt. of paste resin such as polymer (copolymer) of polyvinyl chloride and polyvinylidene chloride, and 100-250pts.wt. of said plasticizer. Then the plastisol is cast and machined in the desired shape, and the printing roll is obtained. |
