<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate an expensive mold in the manufacture of a molded coil by covering the surface of the coil with a plurality of heat resistant insulating plates cut in the predetermined size, securing the corners with bonding means, filling and curing molten resin in the space produced therebetween, and using the insulating plates as the surface of the molded coil without removing the insulating plates. CONSTITUTION:Primary and secondary coils are wound to form a looped coil having a core inserting hole 1a at the center, a glass tape 4 is wound on the surface, and the terminals 5-8 of the wound coils are respectively secured to the front surface with temporary fitting 9, bolts 10a and a hanging fixture 10b. On the other hand, a frame is assembled with heat resistant insulating plates 12 made of epoxy resin plates mixed with glass fiber cut in desired size, the corners are secured by adhesive tape 13 from inside and outside, and a hollow frame 14 to be engaged with the core inserting hole 1a is provided therein. Thus, it is composed, the coil 1 is inserted into the insulating plates 2, a cover 12a is covered, molten resin liquid, e.g., epoxy resin or the like is filled and cured, and the insulating plates 12 remain as they are.</p> |
