PURPOSE:To simplify the function of flow detection by fitting a permanent magnet to a rotary blade rotating in proportion to a secondary-side flow rate and by providing a Hall effect element which detects a rotational frequency by sensing the magnet. CONSTITUTION:A corridor 26 for communication between the primary side 2 and secondary side 3 of a flow passage is opened and closed freely by the valve sheet 5 of a valve 4. The pressure of the secondary side 3 passed through the valve sheet 5 is converted into concentrated force which corresponds to the secondary pressure by a diaphragm 6, and when the force is higher than the elastic force of a pressure control spring 10, the diaphragm is pushed up by hydraulic pressure to close the valve with the valve sheet 5, intercepting the flow passage 26. When a hot water supplier piped to an output port 22 is turned on, pressure in a chamber 7 falls and the force of the spring 10 becomes higher than the hydraulic pressure to open the valve 4 by pressing the valve sheet 5 down. Then, a fluid flows from the primary side to the secondary side to open a check valve 15, rotating a rotary blade 17. A magnet 18 incorporated in the blade 17 rotates by the flow of the fluid and a Hall effect element 18 senses a magnetic field established by the magnet 18 to output a pulse signal which corresponds to the flow rate. The valve 15 operates on a counterflow to stop the blade 17 from rotating, thus preventing an error signal output. |
