LAMINATION OF SYNTHETIC RESIN FILM TO METAL STRIP

PURPOSE:To enhance the adhesive strength and to make an installation cost for heating inexpensive by a method wherein the adhesive is coated on a metal strip supplied continuously and dried thereon and melted by the high frequency dielectric heating in such a condition that the synthetic resin film is laminated thereon to uniformly melt the adhesive. CONSTITUTION:The metal strip part 1 is continuously supplied from a strip supply part 4 and, after degreased and washed in a pretreating part 5, the adhesive 2 is coated thereon by an adhesive coating roller 6 and dried in a drying furnace 7. Subsequently, a synthetic resin film 3 is continuously supplied from a film supply part 8 and laminated on the adhesive 2 of the metal strip plate. Moreover, the post processing such as the hole forming processing is carried in a processing part 9 and Joule heat due to eddy current is generated to the metal strip 1 in the high frequency dielectric heating part 10 to melt the adhesive 2 to closely adhere the synthetic resin film 3.
