Piston pump cylinder head valve arrangement comprises a suction valve and a pressure valve fitted coaxially one behind the other. Between the two valves an insert is fitted which carries on its two face sides the seats for the two valves. The insert has a central body with a core and a surrounding outer ring which are connected with the central body via radial fillets, and suction channels between the outer ring and central ring and pressure channels between the central body and the core are thus formed. The outer ring of the valve insert is located against a cylinder head union and is held in position by a distance ring. The valve insert with its outer ring are fitted in a dividing wall between the suction and pressure chambers, and its central body between the two chambers, and the sealing of the insert and the various chambers in the cylinder head is achieved by O-rings in corresponding grooves. |
