<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a healthy society by obtaining large propulsive force by less driving force, contributing to the spread of bicycles consuming no gasoline, protecting a future global environment, and naturally and comfortably making bicycles travel a long distance by even the aged, females and children having little physical strength for an aging society. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A main crank 5 and a sub crank 6 are extended to be realizable, and large propulsive force is obtained by less driving force. A bearing part 8 therefore is moved to rear side and upper side as compared with a conventional bearing part, and at the same time, a saddle 7 is moved forward. By making the length of the sub crank 6 equal or longer than that of the main crank 5, a distance up to a place where a pedal 14 comes to the foremost portion from the bearing part 8 can be lengthened, while keeping a rotation radius short.
