PURPOSE:To shorten the rise time of hydraulic pressure when an emergency pump operates by means of a check valve provided to prevent a reverse flow with a passage from the normal pump to the emergency pump though a communicating tube connecting between the discharge side of the normal pump and the suction side of the emergency pump. CONSTITUTION:The normal pump 7 is provided in a main circit 6 extending from an oil tank to a shaft sealing device 3 while an emergency circuit 12 is provided parallel to the main circuit 6 and the emergency pump 1 is provided therein. The discharge side of the normal pump 7 is connected to the suction side of the emergency pump B with a communicating tube 17 having a throttle devie 18 and a check valve 19 is provided in the course to prevent a reverse flow from the emergency pump 13. A check valve 20 is provided in the emergency circuit 12 between the oil tank 20 and the emergency pump 13. This shortens the rise time of hydraulic pressure when the pump 13 is actuated at an emergency as it is always in oil. |
