摘要 PURPOSE:To prepare the titled viscous food which can be stored at room temperature and is infusible directly into the stomack and intestines, by the use of protein component digested with papain, a saccharide component, an emulsified vegetalbe oil component, and cellulose component as main constituents. CONSTITUTION:A composition composed of (A) 7-9w/v% of protein component digested with papain, having a degree of digestion of 50-80% (the ratio of nonproteinous nitrogen to the total nitrogen), and derived from animal or vegatable food, (B) 15-20w/v% of a saccharide component obtained by compounding monosaccharides, disaccharides, and oligo-and polysaccharides at ratios of (10-30) :(20-40):(30-70), (C) 3-5w/v% of an emulsified vegetable oil component obtained by using a sugar ester having an HLB value of 14-18 as an emulsifier, (D) 0.1-1.0w/v% of pulverized vegatable cellulose component, and (E) a balanced amount of water. The ratio of the saccharide component to the cellulose component is (15-20):(0.1-1.0).
