PURPOSE:To prevent an extraordinary rising of the viscosity in the dispersed liquid resulting from addition of a pulp powder, by a method wherein periodic acid (or periodate) is added to a capsule dispersed liquid in which polyvinyl alcohol is used as an emulsifier, before the pulp powder is added. CONSTITUTION:After about 0.001-0.5mol/l of periodic acid (or periodate) is added to a capsule dispersed liquid where polyvinyl alcohol (a derivative) is used as an emulsifier of a core material (for example, organic coloring agent disolved and dispersed in an oil substance), pulp powder (for example, which is produced by a water oxide decomposition treatment and is about 85-95mu in weight mean fiber length) is added as auxiliaries. |
