PURPOSE:To eliminate the need to manage the storage of mark sheets of paper by obtaining a specific information document by feeding mark sheets from an information supply unit and then by entering fixed marks, symbols, characters, etc., in this sheet of paper before sending them back. CONSTITUTION:An information-requesting person assigns a specific list among lists of information documents, that information supply unit 4 has, to request its transfer. Unit 4 sends the assigned information list to the requesting person side. This list, while stored in receiving information memory part 11, is recorded and outout by facsimile recording part 12, so that the information-requesting person will obtain mark sheet 1 of paper. Next, the information-requesting person enters fixed marks, characters, symbols, etc., in paper 1, which is read by facsimile read part 13. Entry-information transmission part 14 compares information read by read part 13 to that stored in memory part 11 and then extracts and sends only selected information to unit 4. Unit 4 decodes this information and selects and sends the specific information document to the information-requesting person side. |
