摘要 PURPOSE:To keep the voltage gains of a negative feedback amplifying circuit constant without depending upon a temperature by a method wherein sheet resistance with different resistance value is formed by diffusion or the injection of ions. CONSTITUTION:The voltage gains of the input and output signals of a negative feedback amplifier A are displayed at the ratio of resistance R2 connected between output and input terminals to resistance R1 connected to the input terminal. The temperature coefficient of diffusion resistance, whose sheet resistance differs, or resistance by the injection of ions is each different. Consequently, when these resistance is set in R1>R2 the temperature coefficient of the voltage gains is negative, and when the resistance is set in R1<R2 the temperature coefficient is positive. Thus, since the sheet resistance of R1 and R2 is freely selected and the temperature coefficient of the voltage gains of the negative feedback amplifier can be controlled in a positive number, zero or a negative number, the temperature coefficient is easily set when a circuit is connected to the outside, and effect on practical use is great.
