PURPOSE:To simplify the processing assembly process and reduce the number of parts and the part cost, by making it possible to assemble the upper frame, which positions the liquid crystal display cell of a digital watch, and the lower frame, which holds a cell, without screwing. CONSTITUTION:Dowel 4a in the lower face of upper frame 4 and hole 2d provided on wiring substrate 2 are matched to each other to fix circuit substrate 3 to upper frame 4. Wiring substrate 2 and circuit chip 1 are mounted into one body to become circuit substrate 3. Plane positions of hook part 4c on the outside circumference part of upper frame 4 and pawl 5d on the outside circumference part of lower frame 5 are matched to each other to assemble upper frame 4 and lower frame 5, and then, hook part 4c and pawl part 5d are matched to each other to unify upper frame 4 and lower frame 5. In this matching process, circuit substrate 3 is bent by protruded part 5c provided on lower frame 5, and connection part 2a to the liquid crystal cell of wiring substrate 2 is protruded, and the lead electrode of inserted liquid crystal cell 6 and this connection part 2a are connected electrically. |
