Ball throwing apparatus for practising baseball, tennis and the like comprising a rotating body (16) with a ball receiving port on one side and a ball projecting port on the other side, and a ball holding means (17) and a held ball releasing means provided at the ball projecting port, wherein the ball (9) put through the ball receiving port being accelerated in the direction of rotation of the rotary body (16), and being able to project the ball (9) out exactly trom the ball projecting port at a predetermined speed and in a predetermined direction by releasing the centrifugal force instantaneously at a settled angle or projecting said ball (9) out from said ball projecting port in the tangential direction of the circle of rotation. |
