<p>PURPOSE:To form a bottle having an integrally formed handstand L-shaped handle projected sidewardly from a basic portion of a bottle mouth by employing intermediate materials formed so as to keep original forms of the bottle mouth and the handle portions, by means of biaxial stretching brow forming method. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate material 1 primarily formed into forms of a bottle mouth portion 2 and a handle 7 is set within a blow forming metallic mold 8 after heated to a predetermined temperature and the bottle mouth portion 2 is held by a mold tightening, further, high-pressure air blow pipe 9 having nozzles 9a positioned from the upper opening portion of the bottle mouth to upper and lower tunk portions 4, 6 is inserted into the intermediate material 1, then, air is blown thereinto. Due to the blowing of the high-pressure air thereinto, a shoulder portion 3, the upper-half trunk portion 4, a step portion 5, the lower-half trunk portion 6 and a bottom surface thereof are biaxially stretched so that these portions are pressed against inner and bottom surfaces of the metallic mold, and thus, a bottle portion may be formed.</p> |
