PURPOSE:To prevent the sticking of the flowed-out vulcanized rubber on a screw thread by a method whereby a nut is threaded after securing by vulcanization for a manufacture of an elastic clamp where a nut is secured within the inner circumference of one end of the rubber type elastic ring by vulcanization. CONSTITUTION:This is a manufacturing method of an elastic clamp for joining the elements 4, 5 by using a tightening screw 6, the clamp thereof consisting of a flange 1, rubber ring 2, and a nut. The clamp is manufactured by forming a screw thread in securing a tap in the said ring 3 after the ring 3 having no thread within the inner surface is secured within the inner circumferential surface of the rubber ring 2 by vulcanization. Since threading is machined after securing by vulcanization, the thread may not be filled by the flowed-out vulcanized rubber. |
