<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a foamed product having excellent feelings by a method wherein a predetermined skin member, mainly composed of a basic member of a thermoplastic fiber, is heated and formed through compression and polyurethane is foamed and hardened thereon. CONSTITUTION:A skin member, wherein a plastic film or an independent air bubble type foaming sheet, having a non-permeability against a blended forming polyurethane producing liquid, is laminated on a basic member material of a thermoplastic fiber such as a plain weave, satin, moquette, velours or the like, is heated, compressed and formed. Subsequently, a blended forming polyurethane liquid is poured on the above-described formed product, and is foamed during being hardened.</p> |
