A wire stripping device using the centrifugal force of the automatic winding machine has cutters (11,11') which are mounted on the one sides of the end portions of levers (2,2') fixedly fastened by fixing bolts (10,10') respectively so as to cut the coating of the wire automatically while rotated through the rotation transferred from an electric motor (14) for stripping the coating from the coated wire. The levers (2,2') mounted with weights (9,9') by bolts are pressed by the compressive springs (8,8') arranged on the upper and lower faces inside the housing (5).
