PURPOSE:To provide a PVC switching system which can facilitate the PVC switching by securing the correspondence between the PVC logical channel of a 1st terminal equipment and a single or plural 2nd terminal equipments in a packet switching network and performing the PVC switching in the network. CONSTITUTION:The priority ranks are set in the order of channels (y1, y2...) for plural PVCs among their logical channels (LCNy1-LCNyn) of a single or plural 2nd terminal equipments 22 (DTEb1-DTEbn) in response to the PVC logical channel x (LCNx) of a 1st terminal equipment 21 (DTEa) of a packet switching network 10. The network 10 includes the memories (DCM) 121-12n and 131-13n which control the protocols for each PVC among the LCNy1-LCNyn) against the DTEa. However just a single logical channel control memory(LCM) 11 is available. That is, the link switching is carried out between the LCM and the DCM in the network 10 and in a switching chance.
