Process for the preparation of new terpenoaromatic amidines

In order to prepare compounds of formula (I) <IMAGE> with radicals and substituents as defined in Claim 1, a phenoxide of formula (IX) <IMAGE> in which M is an alkali metal, is condensed with a derivative of formula (X) <IMAGE> The compounds thus obtained are used for producing the corresponding salts with pharmaceutically acceptable acids. All these compounds show various advantageous pharmacological activities.
