FIELD: transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: sea offset ice-resistant boat loading berths are intended for contactless tanker mooring in sea and hydrocarbon transfer to the tankers. The proposed complex comprises sea offset ice-resistant boat loading berth and tanker. The loading berth represents an ice-resistant support base with a top structure mounted thereon and incorporating a rotary mooting-loading device. The support base, in the area of variable water-line represents multi-face truncated cone with faces inclined at not over 70. To protect the tanker from ice or sea motions, the berth base cone width, at the variable water-line area, is taken to make, at least, the width of the tanker maximum deadweight line. ^ EFFECT: higher safety and reliability of berth-tank complex. ^ 6 dwg |
