In the device, a first programmable allocator (EPROM1,2) is provided for the selection of the data to be processed and a second programmable allocator (EPROM3) is provided for determining and mutually allocating operator, operand and result addresses, logic units being formed by permanent mutual allocation of these addresses in the latter allocator. The microcomputer is connected to a parameter source (PQ) which has a read/write memory and address and data generators, which can be controlled by counters (Z1, Z2) for setting the parameters. <IMAGE>
