FIELD: food production technology. ^ SUBSTANCE: mixing of milk and one of part hen's eggs is performed for liaison preparation. Cutting and chopping of pork and mixing it with the remaining part of hen's eggs and table salt if carried out for mince preparation. The minced meat is formed, dredged in wheat flour, wetted in liaison and fried in melted butter producing meatballs. Potato and pumpkin are cut and blanched. Fresh green peas are frozen, the remaining part of wheat flour is browned in melted butter. Potato, pumpkin, green peas are mixed, part of wheat flour is browned with sugar and salt producing garnish. Prepared minced collops, garnish and melted butter are packed with certain ratio of components. Then hermetic sealing and sterilisation is performed. ^ EFFECT: product of higher digestibility. |
