The electrical signal periodically runs during a period and has a group of three electrical impulses per period, where the electrical impulses follow one after another. Each electrical impulse has strength below a stimulus threshold of the animal, so that a set of the electrical impulses lie together above the stimulus threshold. The period is less than 500 milliseconds.
