FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiosurgery and is intended for invasive treatment of cardiac fibrillation. Irrigated electrode for radio-frequency ablation is passed into left atrium by access through femoral vein and paracentesis of interatrial septum. By means of radio-frequency energy applications ablation lines are created around orifices of right and left pulmonary veins, after which horizontal ablation lines are drawn connecting upper and lower ends of isolated zones. Then in area of isolated posterior wall of left atrium additional vertical and horizontal lines are drawn which divide said zone into 3-6 sites with size 1.5-3 cm each depending on size of left atrium. Ablation is performed from lower end of line, which isolates left pulmonary veins, to nearest point of fibrous ring of mitral valve. After ablation electrogramme is registered through ablation electrode which is installed successively into each isolated site; absence of electric activity in said areas testifies to efficiency of performed influence. ^ EFFECT: method ensures increase of quality of catheter radio-frequency ablation in patients with cardiac fibrillation. ^ 2 tbl, 4 dwg, 1 ex |
