<p>The vehicle braking detection and signalling system which has a coving with a lamp, mounted on the vehicle. The lamp is connected to the electrical circuit which controls the stop lamps. Two such fittings may be employed, one at each side of the vehicle. The device is fitted to the front of the vehicle, and high up on the windscreen. An alternative mounting place is on the front wings. It is operated in the usual way by brake pedal operation. The object is to advise oncoming vehicles or pedestrians in front, that the fitted vehicle is braking.</p> |
