PURPOSE:To enable a high speed and stable deflection of laser light etc. with a simple structure by forming a structure in which one end of a spiral shaped electrostrictive oscillator having a rectangular section is fixed on an oscillating plate oscillating in an axial direction and another end to a rigid revolving disc.
