PURPOSE:To erase a skew and to stabilize the operation of a driven circuit by equipping two exclusive NOR circuits and two amplifying means. CONSTITUTION:To one input terminal edge of an exclusive NOR circuit 15, an input signal IN is supplied and to the other input terminal edge, a power source Vcc is connected and the signal of a high level is supplied. In the same way, to one input terminal edge of an exclusive NOR circuit 16, the input signal IN is supplied and to the other input terminal edge, a power source (a grounding point) Vss is connected and the signal of a low level is supplied. The outputs of the respective exclusive NOR circuits are supplied to the input terminal edges of buffers 17 and 18 as amplifying means and from these buffers 17 and 18, output signals Q and Q to be mutually in the relation of reverse phases are obtained. Thus, without using an inverter, since the signals of mutually, reverse phases can be obtained, a skew is erased. |
