The device has a frame (1) delimiting a processing path (2) that is arranged with an inlet (3) and an outlet for papers. A supplying box (5) is assembled on the frame in the vicinity of the inlet. A loader roller (6) is projected in the box. Releasing rollers (7, 9) are mounted opposite to each other and projected in the path in the vicinity of the inlet. A motor (8) is connected to one of the releasing rollers and the loader roller. Another motor (10) i.e. direct current motor, is connected to the other releasing roller and to a guiding body (12) to drive the latter releasing roller.
