PURPOSE:To prevent any deterioration of distribution of indoor temperature which causes an air-conditioning related disease or anemic disease of an operator and further to improve comfortable feeling by a method wherein a blower is installed in an air passage communicating with a lower rear part of a box-like hood covering a desk from above, rear and both sides of it and guided to a foot part of the operator and a terminal end of the hood is provided with a front blowing port closed toward the lower part or blowing forwardly, and a rear blowing port closed toward an opposite rear part or blowing rearwardly. CONSTITUTION:Heat of which dispersion is prohibited is induced under an operation of a blower 4 and then the heat is blown from a front blowing port 6a disposed at terminal end of the air passage 5 or a rear blowing port 7a toward a foot part 9 of a desk 1 or a rear lower part of the desk 1. When an air conditioning (cooling) is intensified in order to perform a heat discharging processing for an office automation equipment, heat of relative high temperature of the office automation equipment is forcedly blown to the foot part 9 of the desk 1 or near the floor against a cooling around the foot 9 of the desk 1 or a deterioration of distribution of temperature within a dwelling room 8 caused by dropping cold air near the floor or accumulating it neat the floor and then the accumulation of cold air near the floor can be prevented by adjusting or closing a front air directing plate 6 or a rear air directing plate 7 in response to an air flow of the waste heat or its temperature. |
