AUTOMATIC MEASURING DEVICE OF POSITION AND ATTITUDE OF SHIELD EXCAVATOR

PURPOSE:To facilitate the installation of a device and to contribute so much to automation of the device by calculating position slippage and slipped angle through measured value obtained by receiving incoherent lights from a light emission section provided in the inside of a shield body and measured value of an inclination gage. CONSTITUTION:A light emission section 2 emitting incoherent lights and an inclination gage 3 are provided in the inside of a shield body 1, and a light receiving section 5 receiving a plurality of lights from the emission section 2 and capable of detecting boundary sections of lights is provided. Measuring signals from the light receiving section 5 and measuring signals from the inclination gage 3 are inputted to a calculation means 7, and position slippage and slipped angle in a perpendicular plane of the shield body 1 are calculated based on the measured values. According to the constitution, the position and attitude of the shield excavator can be automatically measured without receiving any influence of air disturbance or temperature.
